摘要
通过对管输天然气贸易计量的ISO标准、中国GB/T标准、俄罗斯TOCT标准及美国API和AGA报告等有关贸易交接的气质检测标准、计量标准及计量检定标准的比较,探讨筛选优化针对中亚天然气D线国际贸易计量交接的标准系列,为中亚D线贸易计量交接标准化建设奠定基础,其目的在于D线国际贸易计量公正、公平、准确和简便。
This paper compares the ISO standards,the Chinese GB/T standards,the Russian GOST standards and the American API and AGA reports on quality testing standards,metrology standards and metrological verification standards of natural gas trade in pipeline transportation.It discusses and selects the series of standards for the transfer of international trade measurement of Central Asian natural gas line D to measure the international trade of the line D fairly,accurately and simply.
