摘要
传统马达大多数采用力矩形式的转矩输出,马达在径向方向上受力不平衡。双定子双作用力偶马达通过特殊的结构设计平衡了径向力,输出力偶形式的转矩。双定子双作用力偶马达有内马达单独工作、外马达单独工作、联合工作和差动工作4种工作情况,可以输出12种不同的转速和转矩。为研究不同连接方式下马达的径向力特性,通过数学推导得出双定子双作用力偶马达的径向力公式,对每种工作方式下的径向力进行分析并利用MATLAB软件进行仿真分析,结果表明双定子双作用力偶马达的不同工作状态下径向力都在一定范围内作周期性变化,且存在4种径向力完全平衡和部分平衡的连接方式。
Most of the traditional motors use torque output,and the force on the motor is unbalanced in the radial direction.The double-stator double-acting couple motor balances radial force and outputs torque in the form of couple through special structural design.The double-stator double-acting couple motor has four working conditions:internal motor working alone,external motor working alone,joint working and differential working,which can output twelve different rotational speeds and torques.In order to study the radial force characteristics of the motor under different connection modes,the radial force formula of the double-stator double-acting couple motor was derived mathematically,and the radial force under each working mode was analyzed and simulated by MATLAB software.The results show that the radial force of the double-stator double-acting couple motor varies periodically in a certain range under different working conditions,and there are four connection modes with complete balance and partial balance of radial force.
