摘要
以斜轴式轴向柱塞液压马达为例,建立液压马达效率的数学模型,分析背压对其效率的影响,通过仿真计算和效率测试,得到定负载和定转速下不同背压时的液压马达效率。结果表明,背压的存在,使摩擦转矩增大,液压马达机械效率降低,特别是低负载工况下效率降低更为严重;背压对容积效率影响较小。
Taking axial piston-bent axis hydraulic motor as an example, the mathematical model of its efficiency was established, and the influence of backing pressure on hydraulic motor's efficiency was analyzed. The efficiency of hydraulic motor under different backing pressures with fixed load and fixed rotational speed was obtained by computer simulation and efficiency test. The results showed that the friction torque increased and the mechanical efficiency of hydraulic motor decreased with backing pressure, the efficiency decreased obviously under low load, and the influence of backing pressure on the volumetric efficiency is little.
