摘要
为了研究水泥板底脱空和水泥板间接缝传荷能力评价指标的显著影响因素,确定合适的水泥板底脱空和水泥板间接缝传荷能力评价指标,基于8因子3水平的正交设计,利用脱空与接缝传荷的有限元模型,定量分析了因子对水泥板脱空和接缝传荷能力评价指标的影响。首先,通过赋予脱空区域新的材料属性模拟水泥板底脱空,采用弹簧单元法模拟水泥板间接缝,构建了有限元模型,针对脱空形状、脱空尺寸、脱空深度、脱空折减程度、混凝土对传力杆支承模量、接缝宽度、面层模量和基层模量8个影响因素,利用正交法设计了27种不同的影响因素组合。接下来,基于正交设计的仿真数据,对水泥板底脱空和水泥板间接缝传荷能力评价指标进行了方差分析和贡献度分析,衡量了因子对评价指标的影响程度,确定了水泥板脱空与接缝传荷能力的显著影响因子,筛选出最佳的水泥板脱空和接缝传荷能力评价方法。结果表明:脱空尺寸、混凝土对传力杆支承模量和基层模量是水泥板底脱空和接缝传荷能力评价指标的显著影响因子;接缝传荷的变化可能会影响脱空状况的判定,而脱空程度的变化不会影响接缝传荷能力的评价;弯沉差法和弯沉平方差比值法是水泥板底脱空和水泥板间接缝传荷能力最合适的评价方法。
In order to study the significant influencing factors of evaluation indicators of void beneath cement slab and slab joint load transfer capacity,and determine the appropriate evaluation indicators of void beneath cement slab and slab joint load transfer capacity,the influences of factors on the evaluation indicators of cement void beneath slab and joint load transfer capacity are analyzed based on the orthogonal design of 8 factors and 3 levels by using the finite element model of void and joint load transfer.First,a new material property is assigned to the void area to simulate the voids beneath cement slabs,the joint between cement slabs is simulated by using the spring element method,and a finite element model is constructed.There are 27 combinations of influencing factors designed by using the orthogonal method according to 8 factors,including void shape,void size,void depth,void reduction degree,supporting modulus of concrete to dowel bar,joint width,surface modulus and base modulus.Then,based on the orthogonal designed simulation data,the variance analysis and contribution degree analysis on the evaluation indicators of void beneath cement slabs and slabs joint load transfer capacity are conducted.The influence degrees of the factor on the evaluation indicators are measured,the significant influencing factors of void beneath cement slab and slab joint load transfer capacity are determined,and the best evaluation methods of void beneath cement slab and joint load transfer capacity are selected.The result shows that(1)the void size,supporting modulus of concrete to dowel bar and base modulus are the significant influencing factors of the evaluation indicators of void beneath cement slab and slab joint load transfer capacity;(2)the change in joint load transfer may affect the judgment of void conditions,while the change in void degree will not affect the evaluation of joint load transfer capacity;(3)the deflection difference method and the deflection square difference ratio method are the most appropriate meth
