摘要
辅导员是高校从事育人工作的重要队伍,提升高校辅导员政治引领力既是高校培育时代新人的迫切需要,也是高校辅导员队伍专业化建设的必然要求。提升高校辅导员政治引领力要明晰辅导员政治引领工作的主要内容、政治引领力的优势特点。高校要从丰富辅导员政治引领的理念和内容、创新辅导员政治引领的方式和载体、完善辅导员政治引领的体制和机制等方面下功夫,不断拓展高校辅导员政治引领力提升路径。
Counselors are an important team engaged in education work in colleges and universities.Improving the political leadership of college counselors is not only an urgent need for cultivating new talents in the era,but also an inevitable requirement for the professional construction of the college counselors team.To enhance the political leadership of college counselors,it is necessary to clarify the main content of their political leadership work and the advantages and characteristics of their political leadership.Colleges and universities should make efforts to enrich the concept and content of counselor political guidance,innovate the ways and carriers of counselor political guidance,and improve the system and mechanism of counselor political guidance,continuously expanding the path to enhance the political leadership of college counselors.
