摘要
目的地形象感知有助于发现目的地管理中存在的问题,为目的地管理构建科学合理的体系。通过从携程网、去哪儿网、马蜂窝网、途牛网四个旅游平台采集网络评价文本,借助ROST CM6软件对文本进行分析,采用内容分析法,从认知、情感、整体形象三个方面进行研究。结果表明:娱乐项目是选择湖南省作为度假旅游目的地的前提;服务质量是游客关注的核心因素;整体情感态度以积极情绪为主,消极情绪来自于服务质量不达标、配套设施不完善。
Destination image perception helps to discover the problems in destination management and build a scientific and reasonable system for destination management.By collecting online evaluation texts from four travel platforms,Ctrip.com,Qunar.com,Mafengwo.and Tuniu.com,the texts are analysed with the help of ROST CM6 software,the content analysis meth⁃od is used to study the three aspects of cognition,emotion and overall image.The results show that:entertainment projects are the premise of choosing Hunan Province as a holiday destination;service quality is the core factor that tourists pay attention to;the overall emotional attitude is dominated by positive emotions,while negative emotions come from substandard service quality and imperfect supporting facilities.
