煤电机组深度调峰锅炉侧设计问题探讨与研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着新型电力系统的发展,燃煤机组深度调峰、灵活高效运行的需求越来越高,有必要对燃煤机组深度调峰技术进行研究。针对机组深度调峰,分析了目前燃煤机组锅炉及辅机存在的问题和限制性因素。基于深度调峰的需求,提出锅炉设计的最优工艺系统,从锅炉炉膛选型、燃烧系统优化、锅炉启动系统、辅机设备磨煤机和风机等方面阐述燃煤机组深度调峰的锅炉及辅机具体设计方案和措施,以指导火电机组深度调峰的工程设计和应用,为我国“3060”的双碳目标提供助力。 With the development of new type power systems,the demand for deep peak regulation and flexible and efficient operation of coal-fired units is increasing.It is necessary to study the deep peak regulation technologies of coal-fired units.Aiming at the deep peak regulation of the unit,the existing problems and restrictive factors of the boiler and auxiliary equipment of the coal-fired unit are analyzed.Based on the demand of deep peak regulation,the optimal process system for boiler design is proposed,and the specific design scheme and measures of the boiler and auxiliary equipment for deep peak regulation of coal-fired units are elaborated from the aspects of boiler furnace selection,combustion system optimization,boiler startup system,coal pulverizer,fan and other auxiliary equipment,so as to guide the engineering design and application of deep peak regulation of thermal power units,which will provide assistance for China’s 30·60 double carbon goals.
