米拉多铜矿精选系统工艺流程优化及实践

摘要 为解决米拉多铜矿分离尾矿含铜较高、铜精选作业回收率较低的技术难题,对再磨分级参数、精选工艺流程进行了优化,对药剂制度进行了完善。现场生产实践表明:分离尾矿含铜由0.213%降至0.109%,铜精选作业回收率由96.22%提高至97.62%;精选系统工艺流程优化后,每年可多回收铜金属1300 t,经济效益显著。 In order to solve the technical problems of high copper content in the separation tailings of Milado Copper Mine and low recovery rate of copper cleaning operation,the regrinding classification parameters and cleaning process flow were optimized,and the reagent system was improved.The on-site production practice showed that the copper content in the separation tailings was reduced from 0.213%to 0.109%,and the recovery rate of copper cleaning operation was raised from 96.22%to 97.62%.After the process flow of the cleaning system was optimized,1300 t copper metal can be recovered every year more than before,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
