摘要 为了进一步提高钼金属回收率、品位及各项生产指标,黑龙江省某铜钼矿针对目前铜钼分离工艺流程存在的药剂消耗量大、钼精矿含铜较高、品位较低、回收率不高等难题,对现有工艺进行了优化并开展了相关试验研究。试验结果表明:通过增设浓密机对粗精矿进行浓密沉降,增设水力旋流器对粗精矿粗、细粒级进行有效分离,精选作业流程增设4台浮选机优化浮选时间等措施,经1粗2扫6精闭路试验,最终获得的钼精矿品位升高至36.479%,钼精矿含铜下降至1.82%,钼回收率升高至88.341%,经济效益显著。 In order to further improve the recovery rate,grade and various production indexes of molybdenum metal of a copper-molybdenum mine in Heilongjiang Province,in view of the problems existing in the current copper-molybdenum separation process,such as large reagent consumption,high copper content in molybdenum concentrate,low grade and low recovery rate,the existing process was optimized and relevant experimental research was carried out.The test results showed that the thickener was added to thicken and settle the coarse concentrate,the hydrocyclone was added to effectively separate the coarse and fine fractions of the coarse concentrate,and four flotation machines were added to optimize the flotation time in the cleaning process.After one roughing two scavenging six cleaning closed-circuit test,the final molybdenum concentrate grade increased to 36.479%,the copper content of molybdenum concentrate decreased to 1.82%,and the molybdenum recovery rate increased to 88.341%.The economic benefit is remarkable.
