摘要
某铜钼矿为一种含钼低品位混合铜矿石,原矿铜品位为0.408%,钼品位为0.011%,铜的氧化率为26.38%,矿石中可回收的元素为铜、钼,伴生组分Au、Ag达到综合回收要求。针对其矿石性质,在详细条件试验的基础上,最终确定采用铜钼混选-活性炭脱药-混合精矿铜钼分离浮选工艺流程。闭路试验最终获得铜精矿铜品位21.50%、回收率80.52%,钼精矿品位47.96%,回收率84.18%。伴生组分Au、Ag、Re都不同程度地得到综合回收,试验结果证明,本研究的浮选工艺流程和工艺条件可靠,选别指标较好,达到矿产资源综合利用的目的,为同类矿石的综合利用起到一定的参考价值。
A copper-molybdenum ore belongs to the mixed copper ores with a low grade of molybdenum,the copper grade is 0. 408% ,the molybdenum grade is 0.011% and the copper oxidation rate is 26.38%. The recyclable elements in the ore are copper,molybdenum and the associated components of Au and Ag,which can achieve the eomprehensive recycling requirements. In accordance with the properties of the copper-molybdenum ore, based on the detailed condition tests, at last the flotation process that floating the copper and molybdenum minerals as copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate and then removed the flotation reagents with activated carbon and finally separated them with reasonable reagent system was adopted. The closed-circuit test is carried out, getting the copper concentrate with the grade 21.50% ,recovery 80.52% as well as molybdenum concentrate with the grade 47.96% ,the recovery rate 84.18% respectively. The gold, silver and rhenium as the associated components all get comprehensive recovery in a different extent. The experimental results show that the flotation process and process conditions are re- liable with preferable separation indicator and can achieve the purpose of utilizing the mineral resources comprehen-sively and provide the utilization of similar ore with some referential value.
