旋流器在德兴铜矿铜钼分离工艺中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 介绍了德兴铜矿铜钼混精用旋流器脱泥脱药后再选钼的试验结果、旋流器的选型与计算,以及旋流器的应用所取得的技经指标。实践表明,铜钼混精经旋流器脱泥脱药预处理后,浮选能力提高了33 41%,选钼回收率和精矿品位分别提高了11 14和0 63个百分点,硫化钠消耗和选钼成本分别降低了32 17%和50%。该工艺对德兴铜矿选钼生产起到重要的作用。 Hydrocyclones were introduced into Mo flotation process for removing the slimes and reagents from the feed.This paper presents the test results accompanying the technological and economical performances obtained from the introduction.Also the determination of hydrocyclone dimensions for this use is discussed.The application shows that the flotation capacity of the bulk Cu-Mo concentrates,after being removed the slimes and reagents with the cyclones,is increased by 33.4% with the Mo recovery and Mo grade improved by 11.14% and 0.63% respectively.Besides the dosage of Na_2S and overall cost for Mo flotation is reduced by 32.17% and 50% respectively.The application takes an important positive role in Mo flotation in the production of Dexing Copper Mine.
