我国铝土矿脱硫除铁研究现状及发展趋势 被引量:2

摘要 铝土矿中的硫和铁是影响氧化铝生产的重要杂质,为了更好地从铝土矿中脱硫、除铁,针对我国优质铝土矿资源严重短缺、对外依存度高,以及高硫高铁铝土矿选矿工艺技术中存在的问题,从我国铝土矿资源储量分布特点以及铝土矿脱硫、除铁方法两方面概述了铝土矿选矿的研究现状,对不同脱硫除铁工艺进行了介绍和综合分析,并从加大铝土矿选矿技术研究投入力度等方面进行了展望,探讨了未来高硫高铁铝土矿脱硫除铁的研究方向。 Sulfur and iron in bauxite are important impurities affecting alumina production.In order to better desulfurize and remove iron from bauxite,in view of the serious shortage of high-quality bauxite resources in China,the high dependence on foreign countries,and the problems existing in the beneficiation technology of high-sulfur and high-iron bauxite,the research status of bauxite beneficiation was summarized from two aspects:the distribution characteristics of bauxite resources in China and the methods of desulfurization and iron removal of bauxite.Different desulfurization and iron removal processes were introduced and comprehensively analyzed.Prospects were made from the aspects of increasing investment in research on bauxite beneficiation technology.The research direction of desulfurization and iron removal of high-sulfur and high-iron bauxite in the future was discussed.
