摘要
以某矿山作为试验场地,为了解决采空区的超爆、欠爆的情况,使用矿用三维激光扫描仪对各中段采空区进行现场扫描,并开展复杂地下采矿空间点云数据预处理和多站拼接应用技术研究,同时开展基于块体分割的地下采矿空间高精度报量方法和基于三维激光扫描技术的二步骤回采优化技术研究。整套系统与现场采矿工艺结合紧密,能够有效解决采空区形态获取、爆破效果分析、爆破设计优化、超挖量计算、残矿量计算等方面的问题,为第二步骤、第三步骤回采爆破设计优化提供依据。
Taking a mine as an experimental site,in order to solve the situation of overexplosion and underexplosion in the goaf,the 3D laser scanner for mining is used to conduct on-site scanning of each middle goaf,and the research on complex underground mining space point cloud data preprocessing and multi station splicing application technology is carried out.At the same time,the high precision measurement method of underground mining space based on block segmentation and the two-step mining optimization technology based on 3D laser scanning technology are studied.The whole system is closely integrated with the field mining technology,which can effectively solve the problems of goaf morphology acquisition,blasting effect analysis,blasting design optimization,overcut calculation,residual ore calculation,etc.,and provide a basis for the second and third steps of mining blasting design optimization.
