摘要
云南作为中国面向东盟的桥头堡及中老铁路沿线关键节点,目前在中老铁路上的受益并未得到充分体现,这和云南与老挝的货源组织及货运市场有一定关联。为此,本文通过将通车前后云南与老挝贸易的货运市场数据进行横向、纵向对比,得出通车后双方货运市场及货源组织变化,以此找出通车后滇老贸易货运市场及货源组织的存在问题,结合RCEP协定及多式联运发展等机遇,提出促进滇老贸易货运市场及货源组织的建议。以期对云南将交通运输主动融入和服务国家战略,完善中国的国际运输通道体系、建成“一带一路”上的建设范本提供参考和借鉴。
As China's bridgehead facing ASEAN and a key node along the China-Laos Railway,Yunnan's current benefits from the China-Laos Railway have not been fully reflected.This has something to do with the organization of cargo sources and the freight market between Yunnan and Laos.For this reason,this paper starts from the impact of the opening of the China-Laos Railway on the economies of both sides,through the horizontal and vertical comparison of the freight market data of Yunnan and Laos trade before and after the opening of the traffic,we can find out the changes in the freight market and cargo source organization of both parties after the opening of the traffic,so as to find out the problems existing in the freight market and cargo source organization,combining the RCEP agreement and the development opportunities of multimodal transport,put forward suggestions on promoting the Yunnan-Laos trade freight market and cargo sources organization,with a view to actively integrating transportation into and serving the national strategy for Yunnan,improving China's international transportation channel system,and building the"Belt and Road"construction model reference.
