摘要
川西山区构造运动强烈,内外动力地质作用频发,是我国泥石流的高发区。低频泥石流因其固有特点,造成的经济损失和人员伤亡位居各类泥石流之首。针对交通干线沿线低频泥石流的发育特征和防治模式的研究是对其防灾和减灾的基础。结合现有低频泥石流研究成果,首先探讨了国内外典型低频泥石流的成因和特征,梳理了当前川西低频泥石流发育特征,并对川西山区特定背景下的防治原则与模式进行总结归纳。在极端天气和内外动力地质作用耦合下如何控制泥石流的形成,并针对交通干线沿线分布密集、类型多样、致灾方式多变的泥石流,提出相对应的防治模式,指出了未来川西山区公路沿线低频泥石流研究的重点与难点。
The mountainous area of western Sichuan has strong tectonic movement and frequent internal and external dynamic geological interactions.It is a high-incidence area of debris flow in China.Because of its inherent characteristics,the economic losses and casualties caused by low-frequency debris flow rank first among all kinds of debris flows.The research on the development characteristics and prevention modes of low-frequency debris flows along the main traffic line is the basis for its disaster prevention and mitigation.Combining the existing research results of low-frequency debris flow,first summarized the causes and characteristics of typical low-frequency debris flow at home and abroad,combed the current development characteristics of low-frequency debris flow in west Sichuan,and summarized the prevention principles and models under the specific background of mountainous areas in western Sichuan.How to control the formation of debris flow under the coupling of extreme weather and internal and external dynamic geological action,and put forward the corresponding prevention and control mode for debris flow with dense distribution,diverse types and changeable disaster-causing modes along the traffic trunk line,will be the focus and difficulty of low frequency debris flow research along the highway in western Sichuan mountainous area in the future.
