摘要
为了深入认识教育对实现西部农村人口共同富裕的影响,并探寻实现共同富裕时代阻断返贫或解决相对贫困的路径,本研究对陕北地区和宁夏的部分村镇,以及川西山区的部分县(市)农村人口展开调查,随机抽取不同收入群体、不同地理位置、不同年龄阶段的样本人群,获得有效样本1112户。研究发现,教育可以显著提高西部农村人口的收入,而且基本遵循受教育程度越高收益越高的规律;农村父母受教育程度越高,其子女就越愿意接受更多教育或受教育程度也越高;农村文化程度越高的人,其终身学习品质越好且人口素质越高;通过提高农村人口的受教育程度可以显著提升他们对富裕和美好生活追求的志向,从而生发内在动力,促进其实现共同富裕;在西部农村,明显遵循文化程度越高的人,其生活与生存能力越强的规律;农村人口文化程度越高,实施创造性劳动的可能性就越大。所以,实现西部农村人口共同富裕,在于如何让更广泛的西部农村人口接受公平而有质量的教育。
In order to deeply understand the impact of education on the realization of common pros⁃perity of the rural population in western China,and explore the path of blocking the return to poverty or solv⁃ing relative poverty in the era of common prosperity,this study conducted a survey of rural population in northern Shaanxi and some villages and towns in Ningxia,as well as some counties(cities)in mountainous areas of western Sichuan,and randomly selected sample populations with different income groups,different geographical locations,and different age stages,obtaining 1112 effective samples.The study found that edu⁃cation can significantly increase the income of the rural population in the western region,and basically fol⁃lows the rule that the higher the education level,the more benefits;The higher the educational level of rural parents,the more willing or educated their children are to receive more education;The higher the cultural level of rural population,the better the quality of lifelong learning and the higher the population quality;By improving the education level of the rural population,they can significantly enhance their ambition for pros⁃perity and a better life,thus generating internal motivation and promoting their realization of common pros⁃perity;In western rural areas,it is evident that people with higher levels of education have stronger living and survival abilities;The higher the cultural level of the rural population,the greater the possibility of im⁃plementing creative labor.Therefore,to realize the common prosperity of the western rural population lies in how to make the wider western rural population receive fair and quality education.
