摘要
为加速新能源的发展,解决风电、光伏电站工作环境恶劣、难以巡视等客观难题,国家迫切需要建立并发展“远程监控,现场无人、少人值守”的新能源集中控制中心。在对新能源集控系统的需求与特征进行分析的基础上,重点介绍了大规模数据处理、面向大规模数据的智能预警、多协议一致性接口等关键技术,并以此为基础进一步研究新型能源中央控制系统在数据传输、设备联接、性能监控等方面的应用,为新能源集控制系统的建设提供了一种新思路。
In order to accelerate the development of new energy and solve the objective problems such as poor working environment and difficult inspection of wind power and photovoltaic power stations,the country urgently needs to establish and develop“remote monitoring,no one on site,few people on duty”new energy centralized control center.Based on the analysis of the requirements and characteristics of new energy centralized control system,this paper focuses on the introduction of large-scale data processing,large-scale data-oriented intelligent early warning,multi-protocol consistency interface and other key technologies,and on this basis,further research on the application of new energy central control system in data transmission,equipment connection,performance monitoring and other aspects.It provides a new idea for the construction of new energy control system.
