摘要
针对风电场/光伏电站二次系统繁多,存在信息冗余和信息孤岛的特点,提出了新能源集控平台架构,实现了对风电场/光伏电站监控系统、升压站监控系统、功率预测系统、状态监测系统、有功/无功控制系统等二次系统的一体化整合。介绍了基于新能源集控平台可实现的数据治理、智能运维、运行评价、故障诊断等智能应用。iP9000一体化监控平台已在多个新能源集控中心投入运行,实现了风电场、光伏电站的综合监控管理。
Considering numerous secondary systems, information redundancy and information island of wind farms/PV power stations, a new energy centralized control platform architecture is proposed, realizing the integration of secondary systems including wind farm/PV power station monitoring system, step-up substation monitoring system, power prediction system, condition monitoring system and active/reactive power control system. This paper introduces intelligent applications(such as data management, intelligent operation and maintenance, operation evaluation and fault diagnosis) that can be realized based on a new energy centralized control platform. Currently, the i P9000 integrated monitoring platform has been put into operation at several new energy centralized control centers, realizing integrated monitoring and management of wind farms and PV power stations.
