摘要
随着城镇化发展不断加快,建筑工程的施工规模越来越大,BIM技术在建筑行业的应用也逐渐成熟。钢结构建筑的施工要求与其他建筑不同,钢结构施工具有装配速度快、工业程度高等优点。在施工过程中,借助BIM技术可以使钢结构建筑工程更具可视化、立体化,能够更直观地将建筑物展现出来,便于工作人员深入了解建筑施工的各环节,进而完善钢结构施工顺序,提升钢结构建筑质量。通过对BIM技术的应用优势进行分析,以翔蜂新能源产业园项目为例,研究了BIM技术对方案设计、施工作业、维护运营的积极影响。
At the present stage,the development of urbanization is accelerating,the construction scale of construction projects is getting larger and larger,and the application of BIM technology in the construction industry is gradually mature.Steel structure construction requirements are different from other buildings,steel structure construction has the advantages of fast assembly speed and high industrial level.In the construction process,with the help of BIM technology,the steel structure construction project can be more visual and three-dimensional,and the building can be displayed more intuitively,so that the staff can have a deep understanding of each link of the construction of the building,and then improve the construction sequence of the steel structure and improve the construction quality of the steel structure.Based on the analysis of the application advantages of BIM technology,this paper studies the positive impact of BIM technology on scheme design,construction,maintenance and operation by taking the project of Xiangfeng new energy industrial park as an example.
