复杂超高层结构尺寸质量智能化检测方法 被引量:11

Intelligent inspection method for dimensional quality of complex high-rise structures

摘要 复杂超高层结构外框和核心筒的施工误差导致按设计加工的钢梁或伸臂桁架安装困难,甚至常需在工地现场修整。然而传统的检测方法很难全面精准地测量出已完成结构的尺寸偏差,导致拟安装构件的修整难度很大。而采用三维激光扫描技术可全覆盖地得到已完成结构的精准点云数据。为此,以重庆陆海国际中心为工程背景,开展基于三维激光扫描技术的复杂超高层结构尺寸质量智能化检测研究,包括扫描方案智能优化、点云数据智能分割与识别、误差可视化三个方面。研究结果表明,基于三维激光扫描技术和智能算法的尺寸质量检测方法高效、精准且实用,可为大型复杂结构的尺寸质量智能化检测技术提供理论和算法支撑。 It has been proved that the steel beams or outriggers with designed sizes are difficult to be installed because of the construction errors introduced by the construction process of the frame and core wall in high-rise structures.Consequently,the sizes of the steel beams or outriggers have to be adjusted on construction sites.In addition,the size deviation of built structures cannot be captured completely and accurately by traditional inspection methods,resulting in the difficulty in adjusting the designed structural members.However,three-dimensional(3D)laser scanning technology can record the accurate point cloud data of the built structures.Based on a practical engineering project,i.e.,International Land-Sea Center in Chongqing,the intelligent inspection of dimensional quality was conducted on complex high-rise structures through adopting the 3D laser scanning technique and intelligent algorithms.The intelligent optimization of scanning plan,intelligent segmentation and recognition of point cloud data and visualization of errors were also assessed.The results show that the proposed intelligent inspection method for dimensional quality is effective,accurate and practical.It may thus provide supports for intelligent inspection of dimensional quality of large-span,high-rise and complex structures in terms of theories and algorithms.
