摘要
建筑质量控制是建筑工程质量管理工作的关键和重点,建筑结构实体检测是评价建筑实体质量的常用方法,也是建筑工程控制施工质量的主要手段之一。文章阐述了建筑工程质量控制的重要作用,介绍了结构实体检测主要内容及工作技术,并结合实际工程案例,分析混凝土强度、砌筑砂浆回弹强度、楼板厚度、钢筋保护层厚度四项结构实体的具体检测,以期为客观判定建筑工程实体结构质量提供参考。
Building quality control is the key and focus of building engineering quality management.Building structure entity detection is a common method to evaluate the quality of building entities,and it is also one of the main means to control the construction quality of building engineering.This paper expounds the important role of quality control in building engineering,introduces the main contents and working techniques of structure entity detection,and analyzes specific detection of the concrete strength,masonry mortar rebound strength,floor thickness and steel bar protective layer thickness in combination with practical engineering cases,with a view to providing a reference for objectively determining the quality of the building engineering entity structure.
