岸电箱插头辅助插拔装置设计研究

摘要 针对现有船舶岸电接插件插拔困难、机械锁紧无过载保护功能等问题,专用辅助插拔设备市场空白等现状,提出一种兼具省力插拔及强制脱离保护等功能的岸电插头辅助插拔装置方案。分析岸电箱及接插件结构,设计三点插头固定夹具和电缆导向环结构满足插头定位插合导向及约束电缆要求;设计弹簧滑块强制分离保护机构,建立机构力学模型,以强制分离块的强制分离角、复位角和弹簧系数为设计变量进行分析,得到满足最大强制分离力、回复力要求的优化结构;设计双滑块机构的助力杠杆机构,分析滑槽与手柄驱动力变化规律,实现紧凑结构下有效助力。样机实验表明,该装置最大强制分离力420N,最大强制分离回复力150N,达到最佳使用要求。 Aiming at the problems of the existing ship's shore power connector,such as dificulty in plugging and unplugging,mechanical locking without overload protection function,etc.,and considering the current status of the market for special auxiliary plug equipment,a scheme of auxiliary plug plugging device for shore power is proposed which hasfunctions such as laborsaving insertion and unplugging and forced detachment protection.Design three-point plug fixing fixture and cable guide ring structure,which can meet the requirements of plug positioning,inserting and guiding and restraining cables;Design a spring slider forced separation protection mechanism,establish a mechanical model of the mechanism,and analyze the model with the forced separation angle,return angle and spring coefficient of the forced separation block as design variables to obtain an optimized structure that meets the requirements of the maximum forced separation force and return force;Design the power-assisted lever mechanism of the double-slider mechanism,analyze the change law of the drivingforce of the slide groove and the handle,and finally realize the effective power assist under the compact structure.The prototype experiment shows that the maximumforced separation force of the device is 420N,and the maximumforced separation recovery force is 150N,which meets the best use requirements.
