摘要 针对难以顾及排管电缆群的总体敷设情况,各个电缆导体芯温度不均匀的问题,该文设计一种基于机器视觉的排管电缆群布置方式的参数优化方法。将多个指标进行平行对比,综合评价与分析排管电缆群参数对称性,基于机器视觉提取缆线目标,设计提取流程;通过分析空气层热阻与缆导体芯温度、电缆外半径的关系,优化排管电缆群布置计算模型,完成排管电缆群布置方式的参数优化。实验结果表明,对某城市电站排管敷设电缆群进行优化后,电缆导体芯最高温度降低了5.6℃,温度差降低了4.5℃,排管电缆群布置方式的参数优化效果良好,可应用于实际。 In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to consider the overall laying situation of the cable group and the temperature of each cable conductor core is not uniform,a parameter optimization method of the layout mode of the cable group based on machine vision is designed. Through parallel comparison of multiple indicators,the symmetry of the parameters of the cable group is comprehensively evaluated and analyzed. The cable target is extracted based on machine vision,and the extraction process is designed,by analyzing the relationship between heat resistance and temperature of cable conductor core and outer radius of cable,the calculation model of the arrangement of the cable group is optimized,and the parameter optimization of the arrangement of the cable group is completed. The experimental results show that the maximum temperature of the cable conductor core is reduced by 5.6 ℃ and the temperature difference is reduced by 4.5 ℃ after the optimization of the cable group in a city power station,and the parameter optimization effect of the cable group layout is good,which can be applied to practice.
