摘要
针对邻近天然气长输管道垂直位移不能实现全角度铰孔,导致精度过低的问题,以黄土高原丘陵沟壑区黄土塬邻近天然气长输管道为研究对象,监测深基坑开挖下长输管道垂直位移.分析工程管道结构,计算测量准则参数,布置监测位置.构建数据管理方程式,设置多个监测点,分析垂直位移变化量,根据形变控制方程式研究位移过程中所受的弹性形变程度,实现天然气长输管道异常数据定性检测,根据定量分析模型,得到不同影响因素下的管道垂直位移距离,实现天然气长输管道异常数据定量检测.通过数值模拟计算输出的参数数据,确定天然气长输管道渗流结构有限元模型,根据得到的天然气初始孔隙水压力云图调整参数,实现位移监测.实验结果表明,研究的垂直位移监测方法能够实现360°、5 km^(2)的监测,监测量程不限,输出数据为三维数据,监测精度可以达到5 mm.
Aiming at the problem that the vertical displacement of the adjacent natural gas long distance pipeline cannot achieve full angle ream,resulting in too low precision,this paper took the adjacent natural gas long distance pipeline in the loess plateau hilly and gully region as the research object,and monitors the vertical displacement of the long distance pipeline under deep foundation pit excavation.The structure of engineering pipeline was analyzed,the measurement criterion parameters were calculated,and the monitoring position is arranged.A data management equation was established,a number of monitoring points were set up,and the variation of vertical displacement was analyzed.The degree of elastic deformation during displacement was studied according to the deformation control equation,and the abnormal data of the natural gas long distance pipeline was qualitatedly detected.The quantitative detection of abnormal data of natural gas long distance pipeline was realized.Through numerical simulation,the output parameter data was calculated,and the finite element model of the seepage structure of the natural gas long-distance pipeline was determined.According to the obtained initial pore water pressure cloud map,the parameters are adjusted,and finally the displacement monitoring was realized.The experimental results showed that the vertical displacement monitoring method could achieve 360°and 5 km^(2)monitoring,the monitoring range is not limited,the output data was three-dimensional data,and the monitoring accuracy can reach 5 mm.
