摘要 为研究深基坑开挖对临近既有高压天然气管道的影响,以临近长—乌—临高压天然气管道的某商业小区深基坑工程为工程背景,在理论分析的基础上,采用MIDAS GTS NX,对现有基坑支护设计方案下基坑及其支护结构、管道受力和位移等进行分析。结果表明:基坑开挖结束后,基坑A段和B段围护结构顶部垂直位移达到了二级基坑变形的预警值,天然气管道最大垂直位移为10.9 mm,基本达到基坑开挖引起邻近压力管道位移监测报警的最低值,表明现有支护设计参数不能完全满足基坑支护和管线保护的要求,需增加基坑支护强度。研究成果对于该基坑工程施工及管线运营安全具有重要的意义,同时可为类似工程提供一定的参考。 In order to study the influence of deep foundation pit excavation on the existing adjacent high-pressure natural gas pipeline,taking the deep foundation pit engineering of a commercial community on Chang-Wu-Lin high-pressure natural gas pipeline as the engineering background,Midas GTS NX was used to analyze the foundation pit and its supporting structure,pipe stress and displacement under the existing foundation pit support design scheme,on the basis of theoretical analysis.The results show that:after the excavation of the foundation pit,the vertical displacement of the top of the retaining structure of section A and section B of the foundation pit reaches the early warning value of the secondary foundation pit deformation.The maximum vertical displacement of the natural gas pipeline is 10.9 mm,which basically reaches the minimum value of the displacement monitoring alarm caused by the excavation of the adjacent penstock.It shows that the existing support design parameters can not fully meet the requirements of the foundation pit support and pipeline protection,and the foundation pit support strength needs to be increased.The research results are of great significance for the safety of the foundation pit construction and pipeline operation,and can provide certain references for similar projects.
