摘要
BIM技术已然成为了建筑行业中具有巨大潜力的技术创新,为了促进BIM技术在建筑工程中的更快、更深入应用,本文以影响BIM技术推广的因素为研究对象。通过文献阅读法和德尔菲法,识别出涉及技术、经济、环境、管理四个方面15个影响因素。然后使用DEMATEL-ISM方法,构建影响因素递阶结构模型,将这些影响因素划分为五个层级,找到影响BIM技术推广的根本因素、中层因素和表层因素,对影响因素作出分析与建议,旨在推广BIM技术在建筑行业的广泛应用。
BIM technology has emerged as a highly promising technological innovation in the construction industry.In order to facilitate its faster and more extensive application in construction projects,this paper focuses on the factors influencing the promotion of BIM technology.Through the utilization of literature review and Delphi method,a total of 15 influencing factors related to technology,economy,environment,and management were identified.Subsequently,the DEMATEL-ISM method was employed to construct a hierarchical structure model of these influencing factors,categorizing them into five levels and determining the fundamental,intermediate,and surface factors affecting the promotion of BIM technology.Based on this analysis,recommendations and insights are provided with the aim of promoting the widespread adoption of BIM technology in the construction industry.
