摘要
当前,在实施工科研究生课程思政过程中,普遍存在思政教育整体规划设计缺乏、思政融合方法不佳、授课教师及导师思政教育能力不强和实施效果缺乏有效的评价与监督等方面的问题与困惑。该文阐述“三全育人”视域下工科类研究生课程思政的创新实践,探索充分调动课堂教学、校内外双导师、科研平台、党建工作、社会实践和矿冶特色的校园文化等实施途径,突出“四个结合”,即专业课与导师育人结合,思政与科研平台结合,课堂内外育人结合,校内校外实践育人结合,并构建研究生课程思政教学改革质量评价体系,以期实现全员全过程全方位育人的培养目标。
At present,in the process of implementing the ideological and political education of engineering graduate courses,there are many problems and puzzles,such as the lack of overall planning and design of ideological and political education,the poor method of ideological and political integration,the weak ability of teachers and tutors in ideological and political education,and the lack of effective evaluation and supervision of the implementation effect.This paper expounds the innovative practice of ideological and political education in engineering graduate courses from the perspective of"three complete education",explores the implementation ways of fully mobilizing classroom teaching,dual tutors inside and outside the school,scientific research platform,Party building work,social practice,campus culture with mining and metallurgy characteristics.The paper highlights the"Four Combinations",that is,the combination of professional courses and tutor education,the combination of ideological and political education and scientific research platform,the combination of education inside and outside the classroom,and the combination of practical education inside and outside the school.The quality evaluation system of ideological and political teaching reform of graduate courses is constructed in order to achieve the training goal of all-round education in the whole process.
