摘要
目的 探讨慢性肾病患儿护理过程中应用团队游戏辅导方案的效果。方法 在苏州大学附属儿童医院2021年1月—2022年8月收治慢性肾病患儿中选取82例作为研究对象,按组间基本资料具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组施以常规护理,观察组施以团队游戏辅导方案护理。比较两组患儿儿童慢性病应对方式量表(CODI)、Conners父母用症状问卷(PSQ)以及世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分。结果 干预前,两组患儿CODI、PSQ、WHOQOL-BREF评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患儿CODI、WHOQOL-BREF评分高于对照组,PSQ评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对慢性肾病患儿,在其护理过程中应用团队游戏辅导方案可有效改善患儿面对疾病的应对方式、改善行为问题以及提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the eff ect of applying team game coaching programme in the nursing care of children with chronic kidney disease.Methods 82 cases of children with chronic kidney disease admitted to Children's Hospital of Soochow University from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as study subjects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group of 41 cases each according to the principle of comparability of basic data between groups.The control group was provided with conventional nursing care,and the observation group was provided with team game counselling programme nursing care.The scores of the Children's Chronic Disease Inventory(CODI),the Conners Parental Symptom Questionnaire(PSQ)and the World Health Organisation Quality of Life Scale(WHOQOL-BREF)were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence between the CODI,PSQ,and WHOQOLBREF scores of the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the CODI and WHOQOL-BREF scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the PSQ scores were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with chronic kidney disease,the application of team game counseling program in the nursing process can eff ectively improve the children's way of coping with the disease,improve the behavioural problems and improve their quality of life.
