摘要
在新经济时代,信息技术和网络技术的发展使企业的能力评估标准发生了变化。人才培训是企业最重要的资源,也是企业的核心竞争力。因此,各企业要根据实际情况进行人力资源信息化管理创新,以便在新的经济环境下和激烈的国际竞争中保持健康、持续的发展。本文对人力资源信息化管理的风险进行深入探究,并且总结对策,构建“选、育、留、辞”一体化的人力资源信息化管理平台,为企业的人力资源管理提供有效的支持。
In the new economic era,the development of information technology and network technology has changed the capability assessment standards of enterprises.Talent training is the most important resource of an enterprise and the core competitiveness of an enterprise.Therefore,enterprises should carry out human resource informatization management innovation according to the actual situation,so as to maintain a healthy and sustainable development in the new economic environment and fierce international competition.This paper deeply explores the risks of human resource informatization management,summarizes the countermeasures,and builds a human resource informatization management platform that integrates“selection,education,retention and resignation”to provide effective support for human resource management of enterprises.
