随着信息技术的发展和应用,数字经济时代已经到来,企业经营管理面临前所未有的挑战和机遇,数字经济已经成为企业获得竞争优势的新途径。在数字经济时代,企业所采用的经营管理方式也需要与时俱进,不断创新。文章从数字经济时代下的企业经营管理创新原则出发,分析企业经营管理创新出现的问题,探究企业经营管理创新策略并提出相应的建议。
