摘要
当前,网络的深入应用与数字信息技术发展,促成了数字经济这一新的经济发展形式,极大地提高了信息效率,已逐渐成为世界经济发展的新动力。数字企业不断纵深推进和深入改变生产模式,将给企业的管理方式、组织决策、商业模式以及资源配置模式带来颠覆性冲击,不断推进中小企业全面的管理模式革新。基于此,本文针对数字经济驱动下给中小企业管理创新带来的影响、优势、面临的困难问题、管理创新原则及路径进行探讨。
Nowadays,the in-depth application of network and the development of digital information technology which contributed to new form of economic development in digital economy and greatly improved the information efficiency has gradually become the new power of the world economic development.Digital enterprises are constantly boosting and changing production mode,only to find that a company’s management mode,organizational decision,business model and resource allocation mode going to be subversive hit hard.It is necessary to promote the comprehensive management mode innovation of enterprises.Thus,this paper will discuss the influence,advantages,difficulties,principles and paths of managerial innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises driven by digital economy.
