摘要
近年来江苏省经济发展迅速,文章选取2011—2020年的消费数据,分析江苏省城乡消费结构。结果表明江苏省城乡之间收入差距不断扩大,农村居民消费率高于城镇,城乡消费结构有一定差异性,而不同收入来源对人们的消费行为产生显著不同的影响。根据研究结果,文章从提高农村收入、优化房地产市场和完善保障机制等方面提出相关对策建议。
In recent years,Jiangsu province has experienced rapid economic development.This paper selects consumption data from 2011 to 2020 to analyze the consumption structure of urban and rural areas in Jiangsu province.The results show that the income gap between urban and rural areas in Jiangsu province has been expanding,the consumption rate of rural residents is higher than that of urban areas,there are certain differences in the consumption structure between urban and rural areas,and different sources of income have significantly different effects on people's consumption behavior.Through the research results this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions in terms of recent years'anti-epidemic,improving rural income,optimizing real estate market and perfecting guarantee mechanism.
