摘要
近年来,随着社会的发展、临床药物种类的增多以及膳食补充剂的广泛使用,药物导致不良反应的报道引起了越来越多的关注。已知具有肝毒性作用的药物有1000余种,涉及西药、中草药等。药物性肝损害预测难、潜伏期个体差异大、诊断缺乏特异性指标,甚者导致急性肝功能衰竭,严重影响人们的生命健康。此文整理、概括药物性肝损害在病因、临床诊断及治疗方面的研究新进展。
With the development of society,the increasing variety of the clinical drugs,the widespread use of dietary supplements,and reports of adverse reactions caused by drugs have attracted more and more attention in recent years.There are more than 1000 kinds of known drugs with hepatotoxic effects,involving western medicine,traditional Chinese herbal medicine and so on.At present,the prediction of drug-induced liver injury is difficult because the incubation period varies greatly among individuals and the diagno-sis lacks specific indicators.It leads to acute liver failure,which seriously affects people’s life and health in severe cases.This paper summarizes the new research progress of drug-induced liver injury in etiology,clinical diagnosis and treatment.
