摘要
目的分析温针灸联合耳穴压豆对过敏性鼻炎的疗效及NLRP3,Th17/Treg及IL-10/IL-17水平的影响。方法选取2021年8月至2022年8月上海市浦东新区中医医院及上海市浦东新区人民医院门诊就诊的80例过敏性鼻炎患者,随机分为对照组40例,治疗组40例,对照组给予常规对症治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上使用温针灸联合耳穴压豆治疗。为期4周,比较两组治疗前后血清细胞因子水平,临床症状缓解时间,鼻炎生活质量评分(RQLQ)和缓解药物评分(RMS)。结果两组治疗前IL-2,IL-10,IL-17,IFN-γ,TNF-α,Th17/Treg,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)和NLRP3无明显差异,对照组治疗后上述因子与治疗前比较无明显差异(均P>0.05),治疗后治疗组各细胞因子均明显低于治疗前及对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组临床症状缓解时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组RQLQ和RMS评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组评分均较治疗前有所降低,且治疗组降低更为明显(P<0.05)。结论温针灸联合耳穴压豆可有效治疗过敏性鼻炎,可能与NLRP3调控Th17/Treg及IL-10/IL-17平衡有关。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of warm acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing bean on allergic rhinitis(AR) and the effect of serum NLRP3,Th17/Treg and IL-10/IL-17 levels.Methods AR patients admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were randomly divided into the control group(40 cases) and the treatment group(40 cases).The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment.The treatment group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with auricular point pressing beans on the basis of the control group.For 4 weeks,the levels of serum cytokines,the time of remission of clinical symptoms,rhinitis quality of life score(RQLQ) and remission drug score(RMS) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results IL-2,IL-10,IL-17,IFN-γ,TNF-α,There was no significant difference in Th17/Treg,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+) and NLRP3.The above factors in the control group after treatment were not significantly different from those before treatment(all P>0.05).After treatment,the cytokines in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the remission time of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in RQLQ and RMS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the decrease in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with auricular pressing bean can effectively treat AR,which may be related to the regulation of Th17/Treg and the balance of IL-10/IL-17 axis by NLRP3.
