摘要
目的:分析妇产科大出血患者治疗时,使用纤维蛋白原与凝血酶原复合物治疗的效果。方法:选取200例妇产科大出血患者,均为本院妇产科于2021年1月至2022年12月收治,取奇偶分组法分组。对照组治疗时使用凝血酶原复合物药物,在此基础上给予观察组的取纤维蛋白原结合输注治疗方案。结果:观察组的好转率值、再手术率值均显示优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后两组的各项凝血指标水平值均显示降低,且观察组的降低幅度更大,P<0.05;两组治疗后不同时刻的出血量对比,观察组明显低于对照组,治疗后不同时间段的纤维蛋白原水平值均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在对妇产科大出血患者治疗时,将纤维蛋白原和凝血酶原复合物联合使用,其凝血功能、纤维蛋白原水平明显提升,好转率较高,出血量和再手术率均较低。
Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of using a fibrinogen prothrombin complex in the treatment of patients with obstetric and gynecological massive bleeding.Method:200 patients with massive bleeding in obstetrics and gynecology were selected,all of whom were admitted to our hospital's obstetrics and gynecology department from January 2021 to December 2022,and were divided into odd and even groups.The control group was treated with prothrombin complex drugs,and on this basis,the observation group was given a fibrinogen extraction combined with infusion treatment plan.Result:The improvement rate and reoperation rate values of the observation group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05;After treatment,the levels of various coagulation indicators in both groups showed a decrease,and the observed group showed a greater decrease,P<0.05;The comparison of bleeding volume between the two groups at different times after treatment showed that the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the fibrinogen levels at different time periods after treatment were higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:When treating patients with massive bleeding in obstetrics and gynecology,the combination of fibrinogen and prothrombin complex can significantly improve coagulation function and fibrinogen levels,with a higher improvement rate,lower bleeding volume,and lower reoperation rate.
