摘要
针对目前关于企业战略联盟的研究较多关注其绩效,而对其动态稳定性与协同共享方面的研究较少的现状,基于动态视角,给出战略联盟动态稳定性的定义,将协同共享分为机制协同、资本协同、目标协同和文化协同4个方面,并引入公平感知维度,采取线上线下相结合的问卷调研方式,通过对来自我国东中西部不同联盟企业中的人员进行访谈和问卷调研,探讨协同共享与企业战略联盟动态稳定性的互动机制以及公平感知在其中的调节效应。结果表明:机制协同、资本协同和目标协同对企业战略联盟动态稳定性存在正向影响,其中目标协同的影响最为显著;文化协同对企业战略联盟动态稳定性存在负向影响;公平感知正向显著调节协同共享4个维度与企业战略联盟动态稳定性间的关系。据此,提出政府应为企业战略联盟的发展营造有利的政策环境,企业应积极开展战略联盟合作并建立共同治理机制等建议,促进实现企业联盟稳定运行。
According to the current situation that the research on enterprise strategic alliance pays more attention to their performance and less on their dynamic stability and collaborative sharing,based on the dynamic perspective,this paper gives the definition of dynamic stability of strategic alliance,divides synergy and sharing into four aspects:mechanism synergy,capital synergy,target synergy and cultural synergy,and introduces the dimension of fair perception,discusses the interactive mechanism between collaborative sharing and the dynamic stability of enterprise strategic alliance and the adjustment effect of fair perception through the questionnaire survey combining online and offline,and interviewing people from different alliance enterprises in the eastern,central and western parts of China.The results show that:mechanism synergy,capital synergy and target synergy have a positive impact on the dynamic stability of enterprise strategic alliance,among which the influence of target synergy has the most significant effect;cultural collaboration has a negative influence on the dynamic stability of enterprise strategic alliance;while the fair perception positively and significantly regulates the relationship between the four dimensions of synergy sharing and the dynamic stability of enterprise strategic alliance.Therefore,it suggests that the government should create a favorable policy environment for the development of enterprise strategic alliance,and enterprises should actively carry out strategic alliance cooperation and establish a joint governance mechanism,so as to promote the stable operation of enterprise alliance.
