摘要
为保障“双碳”目标下的能源安全,亟须开展风、光、水联合供电系统的能源波动特性与灾害风险评估研究,支撑国家能源战略规划、优化可再生能源配比和储能配置;开展月、季、年多时间尺度风、光、水联合供电系统的气候预测关键技术研究,为能源供应安全和电网稳定运行提供气候服务保障技术支撑;开展近海和深远海台风风险评估方法研究,为海上风电机组设计、海上风电项目建设和全生命周期运行维护等提供科学依据。
In order to ensure energy security under the"Carbon Dioxide Peaking and Carbon Neutrality"target,it is highly suggested to carry out the research on the fluctuation characteristics of the hybrid wind solar and hydro power generations as well as the disaster risk assessment,which would be beneficial in many aspects,such as supporting the national strategic plan of the energy supply-demand security and climate security;promoting the key technologies to predict the variations of the hybrid wind solar and hydro power outputs at monthly,seasonal and annual time scales,providing technical support for energy supply security,electricity trading et al.from the perspective of climate prediction;developing the risk assessment methods of typhoon disaster for offshore and far offshore wind farms,and providing scientific basis for turbine selection and wind load calculation over these offshore areas.
