轮胎成型机精度对轮胎品质的影响

摘要 轮胎生产工序分为半制品工序、成型工序、硫化工序、检测工序。轮胎品质检测包含径向力波动一次谐波RFV1H、侧向力波动一次谐波LFV1H、锥度CON、静不平衡量SB、动不平衡量DB等。轮胎成型机的设计、安装调试精度对轮胎品质至关重要,本文讨论了轮胎成型机的设计精度、安装调试精度,介绍成型机精度对轮胎品质的影响。 The production process of tire is divided into semi-product process,forming process,curing process and testing process.Tire quality testing includes RFV1H,LFV1H,CON,SB,DB,etc.The design,installation and debugging accuracy of tire building machine is very important to tire quality.This paper discusses the design accuracy,installation and debugging accuracy of tire building machine,and introduces the influence of the accuracy of tire building machine on tire quality.
