摘要
预应力管桩成桩质量好,承载力高,基础造价低,在南方地区应用比较广泛。但在复杂的地质情况下,特别是软土地区,极易出现管桩偏位、断桩、斜桩等现象。当预应力管桩出现断桩和偏位后,该事故桩的竖向承载能力远达不到设计标准,不及时处理容易造成上部结构下沉从而引发工程质量事故。因此,及时开展对预应力管桩工程事故的分析和处理可以有效防止工程事故的再次扩大,同时可以一定程度上缩短因为工程事故耽搁的工期,对今后工程出现类似问题有较强的参考价值。文章结合了某项目预应力管桩案例,分析了预应力管桩断桩偏位的主要原因和间接原因,介绍了多种预应力管桩断桩和偏位的处理办法。
Prestressed pipe pile has good pile quality,high bearing capacity and low foundation cost.It is widely used in southern China.However,in complex geological conditions,especially in soft soil areas,it is very easy to have the problems of pipe pile deviation,broken pile,inclined pile,and so on.When the prestressed pipe pile breaks and deviates,the vertical bearing capacity of the accident pile is far from reaching the design standard.If it is not handled in time,it is easy to cause the subsidence of the superstructure,resulting in engineering quality accidents.Therefore,the timely analysis and treatment of prestressed pipe pile engineering accidents can effectively prevent the expansion of engineering accidents,shorten the construction period delayed by engineering accidents to a certain extent,and have strong reference value for similar problems in future projects.Combined with the case of prestressed pipe pile in a project,this paper analyzes the main and indirect causes for the broken and deviated pile of prestressed pipe pile,and introduces a variety of treatment methods for the broken and deviated pile of prestressed pipe pile.
