65例细菌性食物中毒患者的病原微生物检验结果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析细菌性食物中毒患者样本的病原学情况及微生物检验结果。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年1月送至疾控中心的65份细菌食物中毒样本为观察对象。对所有样本进行微生物检验,分析病原菌菌株感染情况、血清学类型。结果:经血清学鉴定显示,金黄色葡萄球A型22株(40.00%),A-C型5株(9.09%),A-D型3株(5.45%);沙门菌中肠炎沙门氏菌10株(18.18%),鼠伤寒沙门氏菌5株(9.09%),德尔卑沙门菌4株(7.27%),猪霍乱沙门氏菌3株(5.45%);致泻大肠埃希菌中产毒性大肠埃希菌1株(1.82%),侵袭性大肠细菌1株(1.82%);副溶血性弧菌鉴定为O3:K6型1株(1.82%)。65份细菌性食物中毒患者的样本中,微生物检验的病原菌菌株数共77株(100.00%),其中肛拭子检出32株(41.56%)、呕吐物检出28株(36.36%)、剩余食物检出17株(22.08%),其中金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门菌、变形杆菌在肛拭子、呕吐物、剩余食物中均可检出,志贺菌、致泻大肠埃希菌主要在呕吐物中检出,蜡样芽孢杆菌、副溶血性弧菌、产气荚膜梭菌主要从剩余食物中检出,非01群霍乱弧菌主要从肛拭子检出。结论:通过微生物检验能够判断细菌性食物中毒患者的病原学感染情况,包括病原菌菌属、菌种、血清类型,为临床控制细菌性食物中毒及针对性治疗提供依据。 Objective:The etiology and microbiological test results of samples from bacterial food poisoning patients were analyzed.Method:65 samples of bacterial food poisoning sent to CDC from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as observation objects.All samples were tested by microorganism,and the infection status and serological types of pathogenic bacteria were analyzed.Result:Serological identification showed that there were 22 strains of Staphylococcus aureus type A(40.00%),5 strains of type A-C(9.09%)and 3 strains of type A-D(5.45%).There were 10 isolates of Salmonella enteritidis(18.18%),5 isolates of Salmonella typhimurium(9.09%),4 isolates of Salmonella derby(7.27%)and 3 isolates of Salmonella choleraesuis(5.45%).Diarrheogenic Escherichia coli 1 strain(1.82%),invasive Escherichia coli 1 strain(1.82%);Vibrio parahemolyticus was identified as O3:K6 strain 1(1.82%).In 65 samples of patients with bacterial food poisoning,77 strains(100.00%)were detected by microbiological examination,among which 32 strains(41.56%)were detected by anal swab,28 strains(36.36%)were detected by vomit,and 17 strains(22.08%)were detected by residual food.Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella and Proteus were detected in anal swab,vomit and residual food,Shigella and diarmogenic Escherichia coli were mainly detected in vomit,Bacillus cereus,Vibrio parahemolyticus and Clostridium perfringens were mainly detected from residual food,and Vibrio cholerae non-01 group were mainly detected from anal swab.Conclusion:Microbiological examination can be used to judge the pathogenic infection of patients with bacterial food poisoning,including pathogenic bacteria genus,strain and serum type,and provide basis for clinical control of bacterial food poisoning outbreak and bloodshed and targeted treatment.
