摘要
随着电子技术的发展及电子元器件的广泛应用,元器件采购成本越来越受到人们的重视。研究分析了元器件分类、采购数量等影响元器件价格的主要因素,并依据数理统计理论,建立了基于元器件历史数据的价格评估方法。为了避免离群值的影响,采用截尾采样的方案,并利用高斯无参数概率估计方法计算各个价格数据的概率;同时结合价格数据概率和基准数据偏离程度综合评估价格数据量化值,实现了对采购自不同厂家、购买数量不同的元器件价格的客观评估,避免受到采购人员主观因素的影响。
With the development of electronic technology and the wide application of electronic components,the procurement cost of components has attracted more and more attention.The main factors affecting the price of components such as component classification and procurement quantity are studied and analyzed,and the price evaluation method based on the historical data of components according to the theory of mathematical statistics is established.In order to avoid the influence of outliers,the censored sampling scheme is adopted,and the Gauss parameterless probability estimation method is used to calculate the probability of each price data.At the same time,the quantitative value of price data is comprehensively evaluated by combining the probability of price data and the deviation degree of benchmark data,so as to realize the objective evaluation of the price of components purchased from different manufactures and with different quantity and avoid the influence of subjective factors of purchasing personnel.
