摘要
核安全命运共同体是人类命运共同体的具体化,体现了人与人、国与国、人与自然之间共享共建共生的价值旨归,蕴含了安全伦理、责任伦理和生态伦理等向度。核安全命运共同体理论源自马克思主义理论、中华传统文化、境遇破解等生成逻辑,是思考和评判核安全时所必须秉持与遵循的,它为实现全球核安全治理凝聚价值共识,为破解当前核安全伦理困境提供了中国方案与中国智慧。
As the first principle of nuclear ethics,the community of shared future for global nuclear safety is the materialization of the community with a shared future for mankind,embodying not only the value of sha-ring,co-building,and co-existence among people,among countries,and among human beings and nature,but also aspects of security ethics,responsibility ethics,and ecological ethics.Originating from the generative logic of the Marxist theory,traditional Chinese culture,and situation cracking,the community of shared future for global nuclear safety is the first ethical principle to consider and judge nuclear security,which provides a Chinese solution and Chinese wisdom to achieve a consensus on the value of global nuclear security governance and to solve the current ethical dilemma of nuclear security.
