摘要
大数据、云计算、人工智能和区块链等技术日益成为推动经济发展的重要动力,不仅带来了生产力和生产关系的变革,而且数字经济的快速发展已经形成了“中国数字经济奇迹”,对经济学理论带来的新挑战,需要构建立足“中国数字经济奇迹”的经济学自主知识体系。在方法和原则上,构建立足“中国数字经济奇迹”的数字范式经济学自主知识体系应依据生产力和生产关系的变化,关注技术进步和创新,充分利用数据要素;在逻辑上要重视数字技术在理论体系和研究方法中的作用,更准确地反映经济运行规律,回答立足“中国数字经济奇迹”的中国之问、世界之问、时代之问。以劳动价值论为基础,包括生产理论、交换理论、消费理论等在内的传统政治经济学理论体系应该进行相应的创新和发展,构建起一个立足“中国数字经济奇迹”的经济学自主知识体系。
Technologies such as big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,and blockchain have brought changes in productivity and relations of production.Moreover,the formation of“China Digital Economy Miracle”brings new challenges to economic theory,so that we need to establish a“China Digital Economy Miracle”based on the independent knowledge system of economics.In terms of methods and principles,building an independent knowledge system of Chinese economics based on the miracle of China’s digital economy should be based on changes in productivity and production relations,focus on technological progress and innovation,and make full use of data elements.Logically,we must pay attention to the role of digital technology in theoretical systems and research methods,more accurately reflect the laws of economic operation,and answer questions about China,the world,and the times based on the miracle of China’s digital economy.Based on the labor theory of value,the traditional political economics theoretical system including production theory,exchange theory,and consumption theory should be innovated and developed accordingly,and an independent knowledge system of economics based on the“China’s digital economic miracle”should be built.
