导电纳米纤维膜用作静电纺接收基材的研究

摘要 为了开发一种导电性好、易于剥离、接收的纳米纤维分布均匀且产量大的静电纺接收基材,采用硅烷偶联剂KH570对导电TiO_(2)纳米颗粒进行改性,将改性TiO_(2)纳米颗粒掺杂到聚丙烯腈(PAN)纺丝液中,通过静电纺丝技术制得mTiO_(2)@PAN纳米纤维膜,再在纳米纤维膜上聚合聚苯胺(PANI),最后将其与聚乙烯醇缩丁醛酯(PVB)电纺膜层压复合。重点对KH570添加量、mTiO_(2)纳米颗粒添加量和聚合时间进行了研究,并将所制纳米纤维膜与铝箔纸、单硅黄色离型纸以及单硅白色离型纸的接收性能进行对比。结果表明:KH570质量分数为6%时mTiO_(2)纳米颗粒的粒径可减小到76.57 nm;mTiO_(2)质量分数10%、聚合时间2 h、热压时间2 min时,mTiO_(2)@PAN/PANI纳米纤维膜的强度达到1.65 MPa,电导率为0.10 S/cm;作为接收基材时,接收的纳米纤维每分钟产量达到0.032 g聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)和0.034 g聚丙烯腈(PAN),横向厚度不匀率为14%和19%,纵向厚度不匀率为9%和14%。认为所制备的基材具有导电性好、易于剥离、接收的纳米纤维分布均匀且产量大的特点。 To develop a receiving substrate for electrospinning with better electrical conductivity,easier peeling,uniform distribution of received nanofibers and high yield,the conductive TiO_(2) nanoparticles were modified by silane coupling agent KH570.The modified TiO_(2) nanoparticles were doped into polyacrylonitrile(PAN)spinning solution.Through electrospinning technology,mTiO_(2)@PAN nanofiber membrane was prepared.Then polyaniline(PANI)was polymerized on the nanofiber membrane.Finally,it was laminated with polyvinyl butyrate(PVB)electrospun membrane.The additive amounts of KH570 and mTiO_(2) nanoparticles,polymerization time were studied.The reception performance of prepared nanofiber membrane was compared with that of aluminum foil paper,single silicon yellow release paper and single silicon white release paper.The results showed that the mTiO_(2) nanoparticles size could be reduced to 76.57 nm when the mass fraction of KH570 was 6%.When the mass fraction of mTiO_(2) was 10%,the polymerization time was 2 h and the hot-press time was 2 min,the strength of mTiO_(2)@PAN/PANI nanofiber membrane could be reached 1.65 MPa and the conductivity was 0.10 S/cm.When the membrane was used as the receiving substrate,the received nanofiber yields were reached 0.032 g(PVDF)and 0.034 g(PAN)per minute,the lateral unevenness of thickness were 14%and 19%,the longitudinal unevenness of thickness were 10%and 15%.It is considered that the prepared receiving substrate has the characteristics of better electrical conductivity,easier peeling,uniform distribution of received nanofibers and larger yield.
