摘要
静电纺丝技术作为目前连续制备聚合物纳米纤维的最有效方法,由于存在静电排斥,因而导致产业化困难、所纺纤维无序排列等问题,应用受限.本文对于规模化及取向静电纺丝技术的研究进展进行了概述:实现规模化的主要途径有采用无针头喷丝装置、采用改变针头排列形式或机械横动方法、改变多针头的加电压方式等途径;实现取向的主要途径是改变目标电极的形式从而改变空间电场,并在此基础上进一步提出了新的研究思路.
Electrospinning technology,as the most effective way to continuously produce nanofibers at large scale,has some problems,such as the spun nanofibers usually deposit on the surface of receiver in a chaos way and the scale is limited due to the electrostatic repellency among the spun fibers,which limited its applications.The research development in massive and oriented electrospinning technology is briefly summarized,which includes using needleless electrospinning,reciprocating electrospinning,different arrangement of the multineedles and different methods that the voltages are applied to the needles.Oriented nanofibers could be resulted from varying the form of target electrode due to the change of electric field.Thus new research ideas are further generated and addressed.
