低频直流电场下不锈钢混纺纱线介电性能的研究

摘要 为了探索含金属纤维纱线在柔性智能纺织品、电子纺织材料上的应用,研究不锈钢纤维含量、纤维直径、纤维长度、不同取向对其纱线介电性能的影响,制备分散在环氧树脂中的不锈钢混纺纱线复合块体,测试和计算10~106 Hz频率范围内不锈钢纱线的等效介电常数。研究结果表明:当纱线条件一定时,平行于电场排列的不锈钢纱线等效介电常数远高于垂直于电场排列的不锈钢纱线等效介电常数,表明了纱线的各向异性;当不锈钢纱线含量从1%增加到21%时,纱线等效介电常数随不锈钢纱线含量的增加逐渐增大,纤维直径与纤维长度的增加也与纱线等效介电常数呈正相关;电场频率在1 kHz时,当不锈钢纤维含量分别为1%、9%、13%、21%时,平行于电场时纱线等效介电常数的增幅比垂直时的分别高49.61、36.22、59.28,平行于电场时的纱线等效介电常数增加幅度均大于垂直于电场时的纱线等效介电常数增加幅度;不同纤维直径与纤维长度时,纱线等效介电常数变化幅度特征同样是平行于电场时的纱线等效介电常数增加幅度均大于垂直于电场时的纱线等效介电常数增加幅度,表明电子极化依旧对不锈钢混纺纱线的介电性能起主要作用。 In order to explore the application of metal fiber yarns in flexible intelligent textiles and electronic textile materials,the effects of stainless-steel fiber content,fiber diameter,fiber length and different orientations on the dielectric properties of the yarns were studied.A composite block of stainless-steel blended yarn dispersed in epoxy resin was prepared,and the equivalent dielectric constant of the stainless-steel yarn in the frequency range of 10-106 Hz was measured and calculated.The results show that the equivalent dielectric constant of the stainless-steel yarns arranged parallel to the electric field is much higher than that of the stainless-steel yarns perpendicular to the electric field,which indicates the anisotropy of the yarns.When the content of stainless-steel yarn increases from 1%to 21%,the equivalent dielectric constant of yarn increases with the increase of the content of stainless-steel yarn,and the increase of fiber diameter and fiber length is positively correlated with the equivalent dielectric constant of yarn.When the electric field frequency is 1 kHz,when the content of stainless-steel fiber is 1%,9%,13%and 21%respectively,the increase of the equivalent dielectric constant of yarns parallel to the electric field is 49.81,36.22 and 59.28 higher than that in the vertical condition,respectively.The increase of the equivalent dielectric constant of yarns parallel to the electric field is greater than that in the vertical condition.When the variation amplitude characteristics of the yarns′equivalent dielectric constant are also parallel to the electric field,the increase amplitude of the yarns′equivalent dielectric constant is greater than that perpendicular to the electric field,indicating that the electron polarization still plays a major role in the dielectric properties of the rust steel hybrid yarn.
