摘要
冠心病合并焦虑抑郁,即狭义上的“双心病”。目前在临床中,焦虑抑郁这类精神障碍疾病对冠心病患者的影响尚未引起人们足够的重视。事实上,焦虑抑郁状态的持续,可增加冠心病的复发可能性或影响治疗预后,因此,“双心病”的早期发现和治疗至关重要。本文将会进一步总结“双心病”的流行病学,共同的生物学机制及其中西医治疗进展,从而为“双心病”的早期发现、诊断和干预提供依据。
Coronary artery diseases,in combination with anxiety and depression,are known as psychocardiological diseases on narrow sense.The impact of mental disorders such as anxiety and depression on patients with coronary artery disease has not received sufficient attention in clinical practice.In fact,the persistence of anxiety and depression can increase the likelihood of the recurrence of coronary heart disease or affect the prognosis after treatment.Therefore,it is critical to detect and treat psycho-cardiological diseases at an early stage.This article will further summarize the epidemiology,the common biological mechanisms and the progress in Chinese and Western medicine treatment of psycho-cardiological diseases,thus providing a basis for early detection,diagnosis and intervention of psycho-cardi ological diseases.
