摘要
介绍了某院医用耗材遴选的总体要求和遴选办法,分析了医用耗材大规模遴选的常见问题,提出了细化耗材分类、多维度界定专科耗材、加强科室论证、为漏选或临床必需耗材品种提供增补渠道等解决方案,可为其他医院制定科学的医用耗材遴选办法提供参考。
The overall requirements and selection methods for the selection of medical consumables in some hospital were introduced,and the problems in large-scale selection of medical consumables were analyzed.Some suggestions were proposed such as refining the classification of consumables selection directory,multi-dimensional definition of specialized consumables,strengthening department demonstration and establishing supplement channel for missed or clinically necessary consumales.References were provided for other hospitals to develop scientific methods for selecting medical consumables.
