摘要
目的:设计智能体检导诊系统,实现团队健康体检的智能化管理。方法:该系统采用浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)架构,应用Java语言开发,以Oracle数据库服务器作为核心服务器,通过Tomcat集群技术进行负载均衡。整个系统主要包括前台总控、智能分诊、叫号管理、内容发布、医生管理、自助服务、线上导诊7个功能模块。结果:该系统能为体检人员提供耗时最短、路径最优的体检路线,提高团队体检的效率。结论:该系统智能化程度高、人性化设计强,为优化体检流程、减少等候时间提供了一个良好的服务保障平台。
Objective To design an intelligent physical examination guidance system to realize intelligent management of team physical examination.Methods An intelligent physical examination guidance system with B/S architecture was developed with Java language,used Oracle database server as the core server and realized load balancing with Tomcat clustering technology.The system developed was composed of 7 functional modules for reception front-end master control,intelligent triage,calling management,content release,doctor management,self service and online guidance.Results The system developed provided the examinee with the examination schedule with low time consumption and optimized route.Conclusion The system developed gains advantages in intelligence and humanization,and can be used as a service platform for optimizing physical examination process and shortening waiting time.
