摘要
随着我国逐渐进入老龄化社会,老年人养老护理问题日益成为社会各界关注的焦点。文章在分析我国养老护理业现状与趋势的基础上,针对目前普遍存在的养老护理供给侧缺口大、护理资源不均衡、管理不完善等诸多问题,提出了加强培训体系、监管机制、智慧型养老护理基础设施建设等发展策略建议。
As China gradually enters an aging society,the issue of aged care for the elderly has increasingly become a focus of attention from all sectors of society.On the basis of analyzing the current situation and trends of China's elderly care industry,the article proposes development strategies and suggestions to strengthen the training system,regulatory mechanisms,and intelligent elderly care infrastructure construction,in response to many common problems such as a large supply side gap in elderly care,imbalanced nursing resources,and incomplete management.
